Located in Centennial (suburb to Denver), Colorado, Southglenn Mall was an under-performing mall that was demolished and redeveloped. This former single-purpose enclosed mall (opened in 1974) was transformed into a mixed use 'urban lifestyle' community known today as Streets at SouthGlenn.
