North Gate Mall is a 'super-regional' shopping and leisure destination of 100,000 m² of leasable space that features an indoor and outdoor environment for its visitors. Located along Shamal Road (a major arterial road), North Gate is strategically positioned in one of Doha's fast growing, affluent neighbourhoods.
Designed by Callison, this shopping / leisure centre features a new 'experience' for Qatar's shopping centre industry; and will include trendy new to market and premium / luxury fashion brands, specialty merchandise, high profile restaurant and cafés, state-of-the-art entertainment venues and vibrant 'community' public spaces.
North Gate will also include six office buildings with 45,000 m² of leasable space, adding to its daytime commercial offering and activities.
