Dubai Festival City is a master-planned mixed-use development that consists of a complete set of urban destinations, featuring a total of 8 million sf of retail, residential, office, hotel, entertainment, restaurant and cultural components designed by The Jerde Partnership, and is set in distinctive and interwoven precincts.
As part of the multi-disciplinary team of international consultants, Thomas Consultants was retained to provide the strategic market positioning and merchandising/design input for the key retail component, which would include the phased development of 1.5 million sf of flagship retailing and leisure functions in the United Arab Emirates.
Since the Project's opening in 2007, it has evolved to become one of Dubai's top shopping and leisure destinations for locals and visitors.
